The Customer may withdraw from the Contract concluded and executed according to these Conditions, without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, if he/she does not find the product to his/her liking, by notifying the company Legatoria Conti Borbone located in Milan, C.so Magenta, 31, by registered letter with return receipt, sent within 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the Products, or by telegram sent within the same term, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt sent within the following 48 hours, or by email to info@contiborbone.com.
Legatoria Conti Borbone will issue a return authorization by e-mail. The Customer, upon authorization by Legatoria Conti Borbone, will have to return the purchased Products at his or her own expense, within 10 (ten) days from the delivery date.
The right of withdrawal will be considered correctly exercised when the following conditions have been fully respected:
- it has been communicated in the manner and time provided for;
- the Products have been returned in the manner and time provided for;
- the Products returned are intact and have not been used;
- the Products are returned in their original packaging, if any;
- the returned Products are sent to Legatoria Conti Borbone in a single shipment;
- Items of the same order will not be accepted if returned separately or at different times;
- personalized items will not be accepted.
Legatoria Conti Borbone, after receiving the returned goods and verifying the compliance with the above-mentioned conditions, will send an e-mail confirming the return and will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the Products within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, by paying the amount on the Customer's credit card with the same value date as the charge. The shipping costs for the original delivery of the Products purchased, as well as those relating to their return, will not be refunded. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be made in any case against those who made the payment and therefore on the credit card charged.
It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products are fully borne by the Customer. Legatoria Conti Borbone will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to verify that the products have been returned in compliance with the above conditions. In particular, the original wrapping of the product must be duly covered with other protective packaging in order to preserve its integrity and protect it from writing or labels affixed by the forwarding agent in charge of the transport or by third parties. The right of withdrawal is forfeited in its entirety in case of return of the Products after the above-mentioned deadline, or without respecting all the above-mentioned conditions. In this case, Legatoria Conti Borbone will have the right to retain the amounts paid by the customer for the purchase of the Products, returning them to the customer at the latter's expense, or retain the returned Products and refund the price, after deducting all the expenses incurred and damages suffered due to the delay in returning the Products, or due to their damage.
On the packaging of the product must be indicated:
- the sender (name and surname)
- the wording "Withdrawal Buy-now".
Only withdrawals addressed to Legatoria Conti Borbone will be accepted.
Customized products, at the Customer's discretion, cannot be replaced.
