Packages are generally shipped by the date indicated in the product sheet and are shipped via FedEx with tracking. At the time of shipping and delivery you will receive a notice by email, so when ordering it is important to fill out all the registration form.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. 

Before being shipped, the product is rigorously packaged to prevent any impact from damaging the contents. We recommend that you check the conditions at the time of delivery.

In some countries the payment of customs duties is required, the amount will be requested before the delivery of the goods by the courier.

RETURN POLICIES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of customized products.

To make a return, you must contact our customer service department at info@contiborbone.com, indicating your order number and the reason for return.

Remember that shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Once we receive the products, we will check their condition and process the refund via the same payment method used for the order.

The refund will be equal to the price you paid for the products, minus shipping charges. For example, if you paid €100 for two products and €10 for shipping costs, you will receive a refund of €90.
