Photo album for the Extraordinary Concert conducted by Maestro Ennio Morricone
The Conti Borbone bookbindery, founded in 1873 in Milan, specializes in handcrafted binding of books, photo albums, marbled papers, and leather for tables and desks. Its clients include illustrious personalities, such as entrepreneur Ernesto Pellegrini, former president of Inter, who celebrated his 50th anniversary with a fabulous party at La Scala in Milan on December 5, 2023.
To commemorate the event, which was attended by 1,300 guests including dignitaries, businesspeople, journalists, soccer players and VIPs, Pellegrini wanted a fine photo album, custom-made by the Conti Borbone bookbindery. The album, in burgundy leather, features gold titles and hot engravings of La Scala in Milan, the most beautiful theater in the world according to Pellegrini. The photos recount the evening, enlivened by the soundtracks of maestro Ennio Morricone, who enchanted the audience with his film music.
The photo album is a tribute to the story of Pellegrini, who went from a simple farmer to a successful entrepreneur, capable of creating an empire in the restaurant and catering industry. It is also a sign of his generosity, which led him to found the Ruben project, a solidarity restaurant that offers complete meals for one euro for the less fortunate.
